Zap 400 help please

Hi I bought a Zap400 (I fly TREX's) for a friend and was going to pair it up with a JR2610 (6202). It has the stock GWS 6Ch narrow band FM RX and I got a crystal to match on the 36Mhz freq but all I get is the servos twitching bad TX ON or Off no change. RX problem or something else??

Also what is this thing set up for : 1 servo, 180deg swash etc?

Not trying to insult you, but did you get the right shift crystal/rx?

Another quick thing to look at, is the Tx. model memory set to PPM (FM) and not PCM maybe?
