What would be the advantages of the 140 degree setup?

It's not covered in the manual, but I've heard that using the 140 setup eliminates some interaction issues of 120. One thing I never liked about a 120 setup is that during tail down or nose down tic tocs (depending on where the elevator servo is) one servo has to move way further than the other two. It seems like 140 would even out the loads somewhat. Could some experts chime in? Thanks
