Building a raptor titan 50.
While assembling the frames, it gives you the 3 bearings which are supposed to be 2 main shaft bearings and the top starter shaft bearing....
but my top starter shaft bearing doesn't fit in the frame, nor does the inside diameter match the start shaft......
I can't seem to find any bearing anywhere else in the kit that will fit.
Did anyone else have this same problem?
HELP!
Nope not had the same problem what are the dimensions of the odd bearing? Did your clutch bell come with bearing fitted if not the odd bearing may have to be used? but not sure about the dimensions of the bearing you have!

both bearing that i have for the starter shaft seem to be the d8xD16xw5 that it shows going directly on the gear over the clutch bell.
it looks like the other bearing should have a smaller diameter for it.
book shows it should be d6xD15xW5
i don't see any other bearing that size in the kit though?

The bearing in question is likely the pinion bearing. There are three bearings on the start shaft/clutch bell:
1- inside the clutch bell, installed from the bottom (already installed with kit)
2- Over the top of the pinion, mounted in the lower slot on the frame (This
is the larger one, d8xD16xW5)
3- One in the top slot of the frame which is smaller than pinion bearing
(d6xD15xW5)
Sometimes the thunder tiger kits are packaged a little odd. The top bearing for the start shaft is a smaller bearing, you need to find it in the kit.
Perhaps there was a mistake and it was never placed with the kit in which case you'll need to grab one from a dealer.

It was a mistake, they included the wrong size bearing. they included the middle bearing on the start shaft twice and didn't include the upper 6x15x5 bearing.
I got another kit of the upper bearings on the way, so i'll have a spare set of bearings for it after this is fixed.
