why does my damn bird have such a rear center of gravity? it's like i gotta move the battery farther forward but i can't move it anymore, i run out of tray and/or power lead cable length. as it is it's hangin' halfway off the tray.

is this normal? nominal? status quo?

what is going on here. HELP!!! (please) i feel like the battery should be all the way on the tray, nearer to the main shaft.:arggg::confused: but then my CG is sooooo far to the rear!

BTW, thanks. i'm not you're average aerospace engineer...i'm a super smart one with a nerdy complex about gravity and spacetime. perhaps this is why my bird is tipping over backwards?:lol::confused: uuugh..too much coffee before bedtime...:banana my name is bond, banana bond

i'm not sure which version i have since it is a used bird that i got from a guy here on helifreak. the ESC is mounted on the right side.

i've got some work to do, i need put a new tail boom on too.

can you recommend me some better allen wrenches? i have gorilla grips right now...cheapie's. i've striped a couple of bolts already just kinda goofing around...or maybe i should start a new thread and see what folks have to say...

hey i moved the ESC...it wasn't as hard as i thought...CG is better now...even with a normal battery placement...thanks!
