In the process of building my Raptor 50 Titan. Installing the OS 50 Hyper, I expected to have to get out the dremel. Engine fit in with no problems and no modifications! Or am I missing something?

The only mod required for any R50 is done to the CF base plate which is not in the Titan kit.

Why doesn't the Titan use a base plate?
If the Titan doesn't use one, the 50 V2 shouldn't need one either?

realistically neither probably need the base plate. I imagine that in the most violent manuvers the base plate may, just may decrease flexing of the frame. I also think it may serve to prevent frame breakage in a crash sometimes.

Lets of people skip using them in the 50 v2 to make it easier to get the engine out.
