i have made my own mini switch mount which you see in the first pic.. you think this is ok idea?

with my setup it will be running, 55 Tooth secondary gear/ Hacker 77 esc, hacker C50/690light vblades/stratus carrier.

any info appreciated.

btw - how many MAH would the 1.9w 5volt fan take out in a 6 minute flight?

and the first answer to the questions are LOL are yes its 2nd hand but new for me, as you can tell in the detailed photos you can see where the sideframe had been burnt from where his old speedy blew up lol

Looking good Matt,

I don't like where your switch is though, too hard to get to with canopy on. If you are going to use a switch (I don't use one) then the stock position is in front of the motor.

I agree with Tom about the switch. The other trick is to use your dremel and a polishing wheel to polish to a fine sheen the pinion on the motor that touches the secondary gear. This will keep the heat down a decent amount and make the secondary single gear last longer.
