Had my first crash today, the elevator bell crank slipped...

I thought it was a stripped servo first, but they were fine when I did the post mortem, took a while but eventually found the elevator bell crank was slipping.

In this case it was probably my fault as the day before the blade holder slipped off the boom as I was transporting it and it yanked the head pretty hard - but I didn't think much off it... Later that night I was flying it and it seemed to be a bit wierd every now and again, but I put that down to the wind and too much caffine. Then on the last flight I found I had to put in a fair bit of elevator trim at one stage - which I put down to the battery moving or the wind again. In hind site it all was a sign that the elevator was slipping...

Anywho, for those building/rebuilding their leptons, it might be worth turning the flat spot on the shaft in to a V cut to make sure it doesn't happen to you, Ill certainly be doing that to mine when I rebuild it...
