What would i need in order to upgrade My raptor 60 into raptor 90?
I don't want to change the engine yet, but wanna be able to put bigger blades(bigger than 680).

You can run bigger than that. I run 690's VBlades on my Rappy 60. It loves them!

yeah but what about all the other stuff? what elce would i need to upgrade?

Need? Nothing. If you want bigger than 690 blades..
Just a longer boom, push rod, drive shaft, and bearing supports
Everything in the 60-90 conversion kit:

I also wanted to ask something about some Gyros, currently i have JR G490T with an Ultraspeed Hitec 9653MG Servo, but having problems when rotating the tail, it seems that sometimes the Tail doesn't respond correctly. Would the Futaba GY 611 gyro with S9256 servo be better than what i have now?

Not sure there I am not a JR guy. Sorry. But I would guess since some of the top pilots fly JR it is a configuration issue.

You also want to change your servotray and cooling fan casing.
