Hy,
what for ALUMINIUM Rotorheads can i buy for my Raptor 90?
I know, i can buy the Quick UK....but it is blue.....and really expensive...and ugly.... :roll:

Hi Makis,
I bought the Mavvrik head and tail for my Raptor 30 that works for either the 30 or the 50 from Heliprose. They may make a head for the 90. This head is absolutely awesome looking, machining was great and zero slop. When it comes to flying I really do not know what the difference is as the first time I had it up (the helicopter that is) was saturday and I that was the first time it was off the ground. I am a newbie at this but the gentleman who was aiding me was a seasoned vet who is into 3D with is 50 and 90 after flying it said "I gotta get me one of them". He was very impressed with it. You might want to check them out.

Quick UK is very high quality and available in silver, red, or blue.

I'm not sure how much a full Quick UK head is, but if i remember correctly, it is at the higher end of being a good price/performance upgrade (ie, great quality, but expensive). I have been using this Mavrikk metal head for almost two years now and am very happy with the quality and performance. It is a very complete package including washout assembly, full bearings, extra main shaft, spindle, etc. Very good value.

Most metal heads do not improve performance much (beyond eliminating some slop). If you want a head that changes head geometry to increase performance, do a search for Kasama (www.z-rc.com) and you'll find many great comments.

but they have only parts from the rotorhead... (looks like Hobby Taiwan....great parts)!
but i cant find a complete rotorhead....like the R50 head!!
