Just went through the current forum on this but can't find a link to my problem.

My set-up:
ESC Jazz 80-6-18
Hyperion 3025/10T on 24 T pinion
Gyro 401/9254 (9254 brand new 5 flights)
Modified carbon tail boom brace 3mm, the metal one would bend!
The belt has been inspected, no missing teeth, tension is on the tight side, meaning no slipping possible.

My problem:

I spool-up normal mode 50% TC, or idle up 66%, which give around 2900 HS in flight, the tail on a rythmic basic about every 15 sec makes a small twitch right and left. Even in normal mode, while hovering after take-off, it is not rock solid, it plays very slightly sideway. Nothing unflyable here but annoying. Did someone experience this, or any suggestion??

In this case i would try a ferrite ring on the short gyro cable going to the 9254. Your problem looks like static discharge from the servo. I already had this problem several times. Try it. It's cheap and it will cost you 15 min to do it, maybe less.
