12 Z switch assignment

Hi,

Can somebody give some advise on the switch and trim assignment on a 12Z?
Everybody I ask about this tells me to do it the way I like, but there should be some "best-practise" assignment.

I use basically the default switch assignment on the 12ZH.
Idle up 1 and 2, Top left corner 3 position switch
Throttle Hold , top right corner 2 position switch

Throttle trim next to throttle stick, even thou I never touch the throttle trim once the model is set up.

The above setup is how most of the pilots I fly with have there radios setup.
