all set up as per vids but when i release fuel clip fuel just keeps pumping into engine and starts coming out of the carburetr.hold onjust had ider im filling tank up with electric moter im wonder if its putting pressure into tank.will go and try update later.

Check and see if the exhaust pressure nipple on the top of the tank is plugged. That'd do it. Esp if your filling with an electric pump.

make sure the muffler plug isnt installed.

update.the brass nipple that goes into the exshust had a little bit of plastic stuck in it,i was hovering and the engine died slowley and was red hot,once i removed it everything was ok,i must say what a fannytastic heli these are,why i did not get one sooner and i hate the canopy mounts off to source some better ones in the uk.thanks for the help.

Hey again hoverit :-) I'm hopeing to get mine in the air next weekend. Need to order a a better tail servo and use 650 for throttle

One note on your fuel line install - you should keep a close eye on the lines touching the CF frame. They will vibrate and wear in those spots. The muffler pressure line can go easily through the frame and grommets as shown in manual. I would put some protection on the line from the clunk to the carb as well.

put it right now put some tubing over the top off frame.

Why have you not run your fuel tube through the hole just under the frame that your fuel tube is running over now. You should have a rubber washer to go in there.
Then no worries about cutting your fuel lines

This plumbing installation is standard and worksvery well. :thumbup:
The rubber grommets supplied in the kits allow you to pass the silicone tubing through the holes in the frame without danger of chaffing.
You do not need to do anyting else. :)
We once traced lean runs that a friend was experiencing to foaming of the fuel because he too had fixed is fuel filter to the frame with zip ties. As soon as he cut away the zip ties the problem disappeared.
