not happy with 250's flight time

just got my 250 up and running with what i think is a decent pitch/throttle curve...
i am running 800mah flight maxes. and i am barely getting 5 mins. i have had no problems with running these batteries on my 450 (2200's) my question is what 1000's are you guys running, and what canopy did you switch to or did you just move your canopy holes??
or do i need different t/p curves? i think i set it up from finless vids

I use outrage nrg 860s and fly for five minutes and land. usually charge near 700 mah back into them. So I guess that's all you get. I'm running the scorpion on my current 250 build so flight times may even decrease with that one.
