If only one blade is moving you have a control rod broken or disconnected in the head assembly. Carefully check all links to make sure they are attached to the ball connections...

Is there an online tutorial or guide how to fix that ?

Unplug both main and tail rotors and plug in a charged battery.
Move the left stick all the way up and as you do, watch all 3 servos. Do all the arms move the same direction? (they should go down) Does the swash plate (The lowest plastic part on the entire head) move up and down in a level position - not tilting side to side or fore/aft?
Now, move that stick back to the low position and holding the flybar level, move the stick up and look at the blades and listen to the servos. Do both blades move equally? If not, is any servo making any buzzing noises??
If you answer yes to all these questions, you've probably got a bum servo. It's either toast or you've stripped a gear. Have you crashed the heli? Ran into something?
Can you post pics of the head at low, mid and high stick?? Same with the servos..

I would agree with skiddz it looks like something is binding up somewhere. In the vid I can't see the front most servo moving at all.

Is that video YOUR helicopter?? If so, I forgot my X-ray glasses at home. Shoot that again with the canopy off and focus ONLY on the servos/swash/head.

When i move the right stick in the middle or up the servos don't make any buzzing noises.

I would take it back to where I bought it and have the shop set it up correctly, It looks like you have a servo issue or the ccpm mixing is not right in the radio. When you move the stick up the swash plate should move down to give you positive pitch in the blades....

Clean has the problem I'm just trying to help him out, it seems like he has no set up experience with a heli so he doesn't know where to start. I was hoping he'd go to bladecprepair.com and read up on setting up a heli so he would have an idea what we are telling him to try.....

OK, here's what I see. ZERO positive pitch on any blades in any of the pictures. The swash is nowhere near level in the 1st pic. The servo arms are not at 90 degrees to the servos in the 1st pic either. The flybar isn't level in a lot of pictures so you can't tell what the blades are actually doing.
I don't see any collective swash movement either. All the pictures reference right stick movements but I do see the left stuck full up in the last picture. With the left stick full up, the swash should move DOWN making the blades move to positive pitch. I don't see that in the last picture.
In a nutshell, this thing is buggered..
Clean. Do as has been suggested several times. Hit up bladecprepair.com and follow the setup instructions TO THE TEE. Before you do, grab your manual and MAKE SURE you've got all the channels going the right way. Make sure all you servos are plugged in to the correct channel as well. You could be flying in an hour if you'd just get that thing set up properly.
Just a suggestion here. Lose the carbon blades until you can fly without crashing. Cheaper to shred a set of $8 woodies than breaking head parts - and a lot easier to repair.

Hmmmm........... if the stabalizer bar is moving also , only one blade will seem to move. Spray the head assembly with some silicone spray and try again?
