in the manuel it says that the linkages going from the aileron lever to the swash plate is 58mm.If i set it to 58mm that puts the aileron lever way below the screw in the elevator parallel lever.is the ball of the aileron lever supposed to be in the center of the screw on the elevator parallel arm?58mm seams like it is way to big.
I just finished building my Titan and I found the instructions not that great.
My kit was not only missing parts, but also my clutch bearing was spiraled not straight like it should have been.
Anyway back to your question. I just measured the linkage on my heli and they are 54mm. It's very important that they are both the same length and that both arms are 90 deg.
Hope this helps you out and good luck with your new Titan....

You dont want those arms at 90 degrees, they should be slightly offset, it has to do with the angle of the aileron push pull rods.

I started out this sport with a Titan in July - having done nothing before in RC. Built according to the manual, it actually hovered quite nice first time. Later only one cyclic linkage arm was adjusted. I have all 90 degree OR parallel set linkages. Freshmans luck??

Best thing to do?
Say screw the directions for rod length, get a Heli swashplate leveler from Helicopter John on these forums, put the tool in, THEN set all your linkages with a level swashplate.
After building my heli using the tool as an aid, i only needed 1 turn on my long links to adjust tracking, NO other adjustments were needed.
Swashplate leveling tools are a must i think for building/repairing heli's.
It's the only way to set it up right the first time and not have to chase linkage settings to get it trimmed out level.
