I ran into this the other day setting up a new heli. Thought I would post incase others have this problem.
I was using the dsc cord setting up a heli. I have the servo neutral function on and was setting up linkage's. My timer on my radio turns it off after 10 mins of no movment. I just finished making the last link when radio timed out. It was late so I packed up transmitter to get ready to fly my foamy the next day. When I turned on radio to fly, selecting the foamy program. I cycled power( not that its needed just what I do).
I plugged in foamy battery, all centered and speed controll beeped but didnt arm. No servo movment as all. I checked everything I could think of.
Was getting pissed. Went home to check Freestyle, same thing all centered but no servo movement. Thought I was going to have a major issue with transmitter right before an event( Mulberry). After thinking about it for some time I checked servo screen. It said that neutral function was off. I turned it on and off again and everything worked fine on all models. I found it to be strange that this could happen. And really strnge that it would affect all models, even after power cycles.
