Bin it or the heli will bin it for you. Don't see how that boom can be held in the clamp for any reasonable amount of time. If this happened in a crash or something similar I'd replace the long bolts that go through the clamp as well. They will bend in crash. When the bolts bend, they no longer squeze the clamps correctly.
