View Full Version : Poor Customer Care for Futaba in UK? Update - 80$ !!!

Guys,

Have any of you had problems with Ripmax when it comes to customer service? I called a guy earlier with regards the status of a GY611 gyro (sent a week ago) and found him rude and very non commital about when if ever it would be looked at, never mind repaired.

I used to have CSM gyros and found their customer care to be brilliant.

Not impressed!

Good Product - just poor attitude to customer care in the UK I think.

Still not heard anything of said Gyro.

Got the invoice back for the 'Health Check'. There was nothing wrong with the Gyro or Servo which is good news, but to my amazement the charge from Ripmax was £40 (80$)! I swear CSM were about £12 for the same thing. Is that a lot to pay or am I just mean?

Haven't paid yet. Am trying to get over the shock. :shock:
