What a great thing that was ! I hope heli birthdays catch on but I don't think anything can match Clint's !

What a great atmosphere ... food, fly'n & Freak'n

I took a bunch of pictures but it might take a day or two to sort thru them. I glanced at them quickly and found this fuzzy spot on the lens.

Yep...ditto on what everyone else has said! I have a blast everytime I come down to your place Clint...and unless I get a job soon...I certainly might take Julie and you up on the "Just stop by anytime" offer...you two are like my brother and sister from another mother! :D

Flying was great...I have to say H to the C back stronger than ever even with the twins to contend with at home! Bobby had some cool new moves...Bert...well what can you say about Bert...he brought it on every flight...but...the person who really impressed me at the event for the most improvement since I have seen him fly last was Zak...he was really bringing it on...amazing what a few month of getting older and more mature will do at his age! Keep it up Zak!

Clint...thanks for all the insight on my own projects I have in the works...I appreciate it...

Gail, Steve, Troy, Gina, Cliff and Jackie....thanks for keeping my belly full of great food and coffee all week! (Steve makes the best coffee! good thick Navy coffee!!!) and Gail I am still going to someday find a spot to put money in that you won't find until you get home...I felt like a little kid getting scolded when you found it under the water bottles!

Will thanks for the place to stay…even if you did run off with my bed a night early!

Juliestone...as always...THANK YOU! You always make me feel like family when I visit...

See you all soon I hope!

Yep, it was awesome... as always. Love hanging out with the Freaks!

It is never safe to sleep at an event you know? I fell asleep for 3 hours Friday night and heard I missed all kind of good flights! I would also like to thank Juliestone for her hospitality she rocks!!!

Also thanks to H to the C, Bobby Watts, and Elvis for test flying and setup help on the Neu motor for the TREX600. If you guys say it is ready then I am sure it is. ;) I have never seen my TREX do any of the things you did with it but nice to know it will.

A lot and I mean a lot of pilots improved immensely since last year. Hats off to Chief Wilson for my vote of "most improved". Just WOW! He did an impromptu flight at 2 or 3 in the morning IN THE RAIN. I did my best to film it while holding an umbrella. There is another guy from NC. (sorry I can't remember your name) that LAID IT DOWN too! I mean blades in the dirt good!!!

Tons and tons of fun.... I have no idea where the weekend went. It was over in a snap :( Looking forward to the next one :D B-Ham BABY!!! You should go to http://www.helifreak.com/viewtopic.php?t=25236

Awesome....that word pretty much sums it up. Great flying from H C, Bobby Watts, Greg Alderman who was bangin the turbine around and the chief which I will second the most improved.

Happy birthday Clint. I appreciate all the hospitality you and your family gave us. Having the power hook-up was great! This is one event I will not miss next year.

Heck, we had such a good time that we still haven't left!! I just couldn't bear the thought of leaving Clint and Julie's. It is always a treat for us to come here. I just wish it was a little closer to us so we could visit more often. I guess we will have to leave in the morning though and head home.

Thanks to Clint and Julie for allowing us to impose on them for all this time. It is really nice to have such a nice quiet place to spend a vacation. You are always welcome at our house.

It was really nice seeing all of our heli friends and spending some time with them. What a way to start a new year of events. See you in B'Ham.

We are glad to hear the nice comments and super glad you all enjoyed yourselves. Yes, we still have two campers, well one camper and one bigggg RV left, but it seems like an addition to our home. I even ate supper in Cliff and Jackie's camper tonight. Cooool! She makes great shrimp and crab soup. Sorry you guys missed out.

Sorry to those that caught our colds. Cason and I went to the doctor today as a matter of fact Earl. I told you to quit trying to get so close to me. Just kidding. Susie I hope it's not to cold at home.

See you all in Birmingham I guess.
