Is it me that always crash the heli before the fuel runs off or it never does???
I tried to change the unlimited fuel option to "NO" on the menu but still seems like it lasts forever.
Does anyone run out of fuel on G3???
I'd like to, since I'm trying to set it up as real as possible.

the fuel last a really long time. the engines are set real conservatively.
you can change the view to show your fuel amount, most 30 helis use a 12oz tank and iirc the dominion 90 uses an 18oz tank. this is normal compared to real life, but the engines consume substantially less. the 91 uses 1oz a minute at full throttle and i think the 30 uses around .5 im not sure. you can change this by either changing the fuel tank size (id reccomend against this, messes with the flight) or you can copy the engine and change it to use a higher amount of fuel per minute. a 30 would be nice on .8-.9 and a 90 would work nice on 2.

First, thanks for jumping in.
Now how do you do this?
The only way I found to modify the flight time is the one you recomend against (changing the tank size).
I don't understand what you mean by copy the engine.
I looked everywhere and I can't find the option for the amount of fuel consumed by the engine.

in your edit menu you need to go to heli mechanics.
where it says torque generator (or engine i cant remember) click on the ... icon. this will bring up the engine selecter, simply hit copy, and it will ask you to rename your new engine. change it to something like OS .91 realistic or something. just any name to let you remember. then you can edit the engine options, and one of them will be fuel consumption. you cannot edit the engine options until you chave copied a new engine.

All right, I did it.
I like it a lot better now.
Thanks again.
