Before my last crash I had a rock solid tail with gyro set at 60. Now I have rplaced main blades with MAH main blades replaced main shaft and new boom and all tail components. I have turned down gyro to 30 and still have tail wag. All blades are balanced, could it be the MAH's blades?
Can someone give me a step by step check list to try and get rid of Wag?

Look for other vibes in your helicopter(the wagging itself indicates that your servo/gyro combo cannot keep up compensating left/right rotation).
High frequency vibes indicate that high speed rotating items have an issue(look for them in the tail drive section.
Low speed indicate a main drive/head issue.

Verify the tail linkage moves smoothly(and did you hook it up identically, same holes and such?)
You say you replaced the main shaft, did you check the mainblade spindle ?
How is your mainblade tracking?

I have a second Lepton Kit that I intend to build this winter, so i replaced the entire assembly from the boom back with a new one. I did replace the main shaft and spindle. Main blades track perfect and are balanced. Could it be the new MAH blades? What else could I check? Thanks

Well if you have a second kit put the Hirobo originals on and find out :)

Servo hurt during crash?

I have already used the originals to chop up some ground with.

did you bend your boom supports in the crash. I had bent mine and then straightened them. afterwards I had to lower my gain. I made some home brew carbon supports and now my gain is hihger than it was before. no wag.

Interesting.

Fixed It. Loosen ball links made slider work smoother, wag is gone.
