Default Damn wag with 3G

got my 700 all up and running apart from a really serious tail wag!!

there is no inbetween its either a big slow way or hard fast wag!!!

i have just put the spartan anti vibration kit on, a step down for the DS650 and the microheli boom support brace and that will still not fix it!

what else can i try??

How is the tail slider??? It has to be smooth as silk and not "notchy". Most tail wag isues are due to this. Most will lock tight the bolts on the slider, think it's good, only to learn that some thread lock got into the bushings and muck things up. If that is smooth as silk then it's going to be a vibration isue and you need to look into how the gyro is mounted.

The tail slider is nice and smooth, I just put the spartan pads on, got the thick pad at the bottoŁ then metal plate then the thin pad directly under the sensor. I have even put the microheli tail boom support brace and there is a little vibration making it through to the tail but not a massive amount.

Now its time to look at engine tuning and the 4010 3m tape.
I'm gna say it has more to do with the engine than anything.
If its not perfect fbl will surely point it out to ya. Happy flying.

Last thing.....dont tie wrap the sensor to control unit cable to ANYTHING. Itll just further induce vibes down the cable. Just keep it nice and loose and free.

I will take the velcro holding down off aswell, I'm going to move the ball in 1 space also and see how that goes. If this does not work I am just going to put a spartan on there. Never had this problem on the 600 3G. I can't tune the engine the way the tail is wagging at the moment its too much.

turn the sensor 180 degrees and give that a try, It works on the gp750 so it should work for 3g

i dont belive either of my two 2n1's get hot.

you either may have a faulty 2n1 or another elctronic piece pulling to much juice for some unknown reason
