Hi all. got my Zap 400 (why on earth do they come in different names, by the way?) last week and been fondling it without really getting it up in the air, yet.
questions.
can i use my piccolo's miniAC2025/20 b/less motor on the Z400? my other b/less set-up is an astro010 (10 turn) with a phoenix10. i have 3 lith packs, a 3x1020 kokam, a 3x1200 eTec and a 3x1500 kokam. are they enough and what sort of flight times (non 3D) can i expect from these packs?
the max m/r pitch angle is stated as 7?. is this the max angle when the swashplate is level or tilted?
i'm using a Multiplex Cockpit tx and apparently, i can't figure out the manual so i've no idea where the throttle/pitch curve menu is. i've resorted to running the throttle on one channel and the pitch on another. i spool up by turning a knob without changing the m/r pitch, which is done by the left stick (mode2). is this wise?
any advice appreciated, thanks.
