Will this fit V1 for an upgrade head?

I was wondering will this fit V1 or is the V2 head that much different.

Any suggestions on upgrading the V1 head would be appreciated, top to bottom.

it is different, but if you changed the feathering spindle, dampers, blade grips, grip bearings it would work! :)
