Default One long beep, then three short....

Then nothing. No blinking lights. No movement . No sound.

OK ...... I bought used.

Where do I start?

I eased the esc out of the frame and the same for the receiver 6100e. As I was easing out the motor wires I noticed one was stuck to a servo. Exposed a little copper freeing the wire. Looks like it got hot in there.

Is the esc plugged into the rx correctly? Right direction and place? Does this heli have an external BEC?

OK. I found the connection online. Everything seems to be properly connected.

No flashing light on the receiver.

Did it come with a radio? If so is it set to the right model? If not did you bind it to yours correctly and is it on that model? No matter what the answers, I would do a re-bind.

the bec in the esc was not working so he was getting no power to the receiver. I think the beeping is normal for the ESC. He had a sport bec and that solved the problem. I installed the 65's and set up the head and He bought a 520 at the LHS and with the 9257 the tail was rock solid. The wire he thought was burned had had glue dripped on it and stuck it to the servo and when he pulled it out it ripped the covering. It flew great and now he has the job of learning to hover.
