Yes that is correct! Just remember to set a timer and check when you charge that you dont draw out more than 80% of the pack.
e.g. 3700 ma when you charge you should not be putting back more than 2960 (3700 X .80). If you are drop your timer amount.

Okay, I borrowed a watt's up memter and lowered the voltage cutoff to 12V. I'm running 6S and if I'm reading the meter right, it dipped all the way down to 16.89V during flight, but it doesn't die. Is this going to be bad for the batteries?

I've already set a 5 minute timer on the throtle as that seems to be the lowest time anyone gets with the 6 or 7 s emoli.
