Need Help

Hey guys I just got my raptor .30 back together with a OS .37. My problem is that at 0 pitch I am getting HS of 1550 at only 18% throttle. Does that seem right? So what do I do with the rest of the motor power? I had my curve setup as 0-16-18-20-100. Doesnt that seem wrong? For pitch I am getting -9/0/9 for idle up and for normal I think its at -4/3/9. Im pretty sure thats what raptortechnique says. I tried setting up as he says around 40 for mid and my HS is really high. I am so confused.

what curve are you referring to 0-16-18-20-100 not good either pitch or throttle. That head speed should be 1550- 1600 0r so at + 3 or 4 degrees a little better than mid stick, that's my preference normal mode. Your idle up pitch seems ok, you may be able to stretch that to -10+10 or at least -9 +10 at 100 travel adjust and then tweak with throttle adj, once again that's the method I use. Once again in Idle up it's 0 dgrees at center stick. I would start over get your 0 pitch at around center stick. when you get it into a hover take a look at the head speed.

Thats my throttle curve. If I go anything higher than 18 the HS is higher than 1550. I know idle up is a little higher. I was checking that at mid stick with 0 Pitch.

What servos are you using and the speed

Is your throttle arm geometry correct? Where 50 percent on the throttle curve is actually half open and your throttle end points symetrical? If you have something like 80/110 or whatever for your end points you need to start there and get the linkage squared up.

O, My end points are like 65/92 or something. I was using endpoints to set my idle when I think Im supposed to use my throttle curve P1. Thankx
