What pitches, headspeed and gear ratio are you running now?
When you say it is to slow on pitch, are you referring to the for/aft cyclic or the response to a collective input?

Hi Makis:
verify that your main head linkages move free and washout phase ring alignment (two dowel pins) are correct. If these dowels are mis-align the pich up and down movement are tight and slow. Test them manually (remove links from servos). Also verify your blade grips free movement (remove the main blades for test them), many times when spindle screws, new dampers or bearings are installed can cause issues and overtight cause slow pitch movement.

By faster on pitch i guess you mean punch out? If thats the case I would suggest putting a higher speed servo on the throttle I like all my machines to have a faster throttle responce than the pitch, try switching the two and see what that does. My .02.
