I have a TP1010c right now looking for another one that is a little cheaper
& can charge lipos that are ran to low unlike the TP1010c. Someone reccomended a Triton Jr any thoughts would be appreciated.

The 1010 CAN do this, update yours to the latest firmware. It is called Initial Charging Mode.

The lates firmware is 2.0x not 2.0. 2.0 is actually a few versions old and the initial charging features have been added in the last one or two. I am away from home and can't remember the x in 2.0x but it is either 2.0a or 2.0c I think.

I checked my TP it is 2.0c. I recently ran a pack low and it would not let
me charge it, a friend charged it for me.

WOW you must have really run it very low for it to not charge at all.
Did it way wrong cell count? How many cell pack is it and do you remember the pack voltage when you first started trying to recharge it?
Also, how long after flying did you try to recharge it? If it was right after the flight, you probably could have let it recover for a few hours and it might have been recognized.
You are correct that this is one of the weaknesses of the 1010. My Schulze chargers could have brought it up to close to nominal voltage then your 1010 would have charged it. Maybe in this case the Triton would be good to have had, you are probably right, but personally this would have been about the only thing a Triton would do that your 1010 would not do much better with respect to Li-Po's.

Ya it said wrong cell count, it was a TP1320 3cel 11.1V I had ran it to 2.97Volts real low. I did not put it on the charger til later.
