Got the "new" camera today. I found it on ebay, paid $90
I'm glad it came today and not yesterday when I auto'd the logo into the mud! It's a Sony DSC-H2, 6.1mp The shutter button was stuck down, I gave it a temporary fix to check it out, the pictures are super clear and the auto focus works with a full press, unlike my wife's H1 Sony. I think this will be a great camera since it has the stabil shot anti shake deal which does not seem to delay the photo like others. My last camera had a 7 second delay between shot and review and that seemed like an eternity when holding position in the wind, this one is super fast. I'm not going to risk it on a home made mount, will wait until I get my Askman mount so there's a bit of room between the camera and the ground this time :arggg:
