I'm assuming we're talking "upgrade" heads here. If that's the case then QuickUK/Kasama are the two you should check out. Both winners in my book, if you want more pitch go with Kasama.

Don't forget about the g-force head. Uses "o"ring dampers, and it tunable for whatever damping you like. check out www.gforceheli.com
