Wondering whether the swift would run with a 4600mAH pack. I suppose it would be too heavy and bulky?

Someone here is using a Flight Power 4900 pack just fine. The Align packs are square so they will not fit quite right without a lot of hacking up of the canopy and an alternative way to strap them on..

Yes. I am running 6S1P 3700 packs with the Century 80 ESC and the 600+ motor.
That is the reccomended 6S setup from Century. Using 4900's will make the heli a LOT heavier over the 3700's so keep that in mind.
They guy on here running the 4900's is using the Align ESC and Align 600 motor.

This weekend I have the use of a 4400 align 6S. It needs a little room so I cut the bottom of the canopy along the edge. It is a little heavy but the trade off so far is super . It's like sucking through a big straw and getting the ice cream milkshake to flow as fast as a soda. I flew it twice today and put back 2700 mah's after six hard mins. Tomorrow I'm going to set the timer for seven then maybe eight mins. BTW it was not much warmer than ambient air. The reason I have this is Hotwings is using a pair of new FP 4900's. TimT
