on my pitch end points i have 75 and 73. while thi is close it is a long way from 100, is this okay or do i need it to be closer to 100? if i do, how do i make that happen, because if i go higher i cant get the linkage to fit in all 3 positions (center ,full up, and full down),no matter how much i tweak the linkage and end points.

The closer to 100% you get the better the resolution of your servo. You need to adjust the linkages so that all parts of the head are 90 degrees from the mainshaft, meaning the washout assembly, the mixing arms, and so that you get 0 degrees pitch at the blades when at center stick, when the pitch curve center point is 50%

basically set up idle up mode first, meaning 10 degrees top stick, 0 degrees center stick, and -10 degrees bottom stick. Then using your pitch gauge, limit point 1 on your pitch curve (raise the number) until you only get around -5 on the bottom.
