with the latest update for the 14mz there is and option to use JR recivers but can i use the pcm is there is a way to use it

No, only Futaba PCM and all other brand of PPM receiver work with the 14MZ.

It is on the Futaba Flyers Club website.
Someone else may have it on there website. You need to know what version software you have already before you install anything.
