Okay, I've had a few decent short flights with my swift. I finally got the canopy cut so I could install it with the battery. So today I flew it harder than ever (which isn't very hard). I got to a 5 ft hover, adjusted trim (got it good this time) and then went into FF. I did a couple figure 8's and then was headed back in to hover when at about 20 ft I noticed a couple short power dips in the motor. I decided to land immediatly. On the way down the motor cut out completly at about 2-3 ft and it made for a bumpy landing (no damage done though). So.... I had a watts up attached this time and here is what it says:

Post Flight Statistics in lower left screen
34.00 Ap
18.94 Vm
643.9 Wp
.574 Ah
12.1 Wh

Current Batt Voltage after flight no load = 24.13V

Setup is: Swift 16, 600+, CC45HV ESC, Stock Blades, 6s Homemade Emoli, Seperate Batt for Rx/servo

Also, when charging inside I have to charge the batt at 1A because Much more than that and my homemade 12v(old computer) power supply cuts off temporarly. Is charging them that slow bad for them? The last 3 charges before this one were at 1C (3a) off a car battery.

Check your limits on the esc. You should just disable them. I charge my emolis at 2500 mha's most of the time but I have charged them at 800 mha before and thet were fine. I have several flights/ recharges and they seemed to get even better after 5 or more cycles. These cells are pretty hard to hurt unless you discharge at a rate more than 15c. TimT

Limit is at 4V, I really think the 1100kv motor is just too much for the 6s emoli. I'm considering getting a lower kv motor for this heli.
