I am trying to figure out how to know which Hatori 18 I am buying. Does it have a different number from the previous 18? Please help. I want the latest one designed for the SZ. Thanks

Unless the shop has had the SB 18 in stock for year. It will be the latest SB 18. I don't know of any visual way to tell if it is the latest one. But the original one has not been produced in a while. So most shops should have the latest SB18.

The version you seek specifically has the letters SZ on the box end. The SZ lettering is red.
The box end you seek reads.....
SB18FH
Nitro Pipe
Cspec & SZ
