MA Ship Times?!?!?...

OK I am tired of waiting for MA, is their service in the US just as dissapointing or do they manage to ship items in a timely manner?

This will be the 5th week waiting now for a Stratus!

I was convinced that MA have/had the best helis, but if this is anything to go by I will be giving up on them even before the kit has arrived.

Initially I was excited about my first 90, but now what the hell, who cares the excitement is gone.

I am just really dissapointed with the whole deal.

mine took only 10 days from MA to Singapore.

Not making excuses, but MA makes a run of kits, like say 50 Stratuses, then a run of 50 Extremes, then 50 Tempests, so if you get caught at the end of one run, it can take a little while for that kit to come back around. Parts are usually not an issue as they keep those pretty well in stock (unless a contractor gets behind) so no matter which model you have, you can get repair stuff.
I would always check with my dealer to see if he has them in stock. If he does, great, you can get it immediately. If he has to order it, it may take a little bit. I know right now they are packing 250 E Razors and are just waiting for several parts and the manual. The boys were at Mulberry last weekend just flogging the razor and it is working very well. I have no firm shipping date but do know they want them out the door as soon as everything is ready.
