Can someone tell me what the best way to change the bent spindle and bent flybar?
I hate changing the spindle because it's so hard to take out and put back in.

Undo one spindle bolt and pull the grip and spindle out, be mindful of the spacer between the grip and head.
Push it out through the remaining grip and replace it, lube it with silicon grease if you arent using O ring dampeners.
As for the flybar I cut it off about 1/2" from the flybar carrier with a dremel cutting wheel and debur it then pull it out. If its been in there a while sometimes the set screws bugger the shaft and you have to work it out a bit on one way, grind off the burr, and push it out the other way.
