Has anyone else had problems with this company? I purchased two batteries from them, 5S 5000mah and was initally pleased. However, recently one cell in one of the packs has gone low, holding 4.03V while the other 4 are at 4.21V. I use an Orbit Pocketlader and Blinky balancer and have never put over 3000mah back into these packs, I time my flights and usually put back 2300-2500mah at the most, hell I even keep a charge log! I have contacted them via email 4 different times and they will not respond. They claim their batteries are under warranty, but if you can't get ahold of them what good is it? Any Freaks know a phone number for this company?

that's a primary issue with Prodigy Packs. They are essentially a mom/pop battery shop and as far as I know the only distributor is Viper Hobbies. I ran those packs for a while with no issues but warranty issues are important as well!
For budget packs they are fine but if you want reliability and performance you know who I think is the best!
