I guys,working on major tear down,cold here right now,eb,g26hanson,810blades,115 tail,lifting 6-8lbs.
don't nkow if this is a big proplem but Ican't seem to get out of that 1800 plus head speed when lifting, heli worked great all summer like this, est 30 gal gas put though heli.do I keep running like this,or do I have a proplem some where.when I try to lower head speed to1650 or less heli flys like very bad,all over the place in a hover, high head speed heli rock soild, lifts weight like its not their.lots of power left for fast landing and short flair when landing.do I have a mixing proplem, maybe I'm still in nitro land.

Count the teeth on your pinion gear. Just out of curiosity.

13 tooth cris, should I use a 14 tooth,I'm going to send clucth, blade grips out to be fixed up.I just might send complete head,if it's none of that ,we may have to blame it on the operator.this might help if I ever tryed to hover at 1400,it would be like trying to take off at700.maybe I'm running my blade grips to loose, add shims.

this might help blade tips flop up and down six inches, fly bar must be level be fore run up or will touch canopy.it might be just dam wore out.

The tips of your blades move 6 inches up and down?? Total 6 inches or 6 inches either way??

That sounds like the o-rings are completely shot, or the head axle is bent. Or both!
