Hi,

Do you have any experience with this dampener with stock Evo head?

Yes - they are fantastic - they give you a much more connected feeling with the inputs and the heli reaction

Note - these dampers are not available any more

I think it will be fine - it was probably some extreme flying that caused it
And it's not like 100's of heads broke, just a few

I will run it on 1700 head RPM. So it it will not be extreme stress on the head I think.
