voltage reading a lipo with digital multimeter

Am I doing this right ?
Apex 3S 12c 2200 MK2

I stick the negative probe in the negitaive deans connector lead.
I then read across the leads of the balance connector
I read a votlage from blk blk blk red as.
0.00
3.82
7.65
11.49
am I over charged ?

If that reading is without a running load then you are not fully charged. Fully charged 3S batteries typically read 12.3 or so without a load. Your cells are balanced though.

You are measuring right :D
