Confused about 7CHP throttle hold

I've been scratching my head trying to figure out how to set up the throttle hold function on my 7CHP for my Trex SA. The manual says throttle hold is assigned to switch E and cannot be changed. The manual also states that flight mode is assigned to switch E and cannot be changed. I'm new, but I can't figure out how you can have Normal, Idle1, Idle2, and throttle hold on a 3 position switch. Am I missing something?

Its got to be a misprint, on the H version throttle hold is the two position short toggle on the top front right.

Thanks, I was hoping it was a misprint. Can someone verify? Also, what would the settings be for an electric heli like a Trex? The manual seems to be geared towards fuel helis.

thr-hold is on switch g....not e


see table on page 13 of the maunal



seems it is mis marked on page 67 as switch e but take it off "INH" and flip switch g and you will see it toggle between on and off

Verify? You don't believe me?

Anyhow, the percent will likely be 0 with an electric but set it from INH to ACT flip the switch and use the wheel to change the percentage until the motor shuts off.
