TP1010 and TP210 Error

Hi I just got the TP1010 charger and TP210 Balancer.

I hook everything up according to the manual.
I set the cell count and voltage.
When I try to discharge or charge the batteries it gives an error
(1) Voltage error or wrong polarity

I tried four different batteries including the evo20 6S
There all did the same thing.

Has anyone run in to this situation?

If the packs are already charged, you will get this error. Update the software on the 1010 to the newest and the 101 is a bit more forgiving.

Any time you charge your pack and it is a full charge and you plug it back into the 1010 you will get this error.

Go fly and then try to charge a flown pack, and I bet they combo will charge fine.
