Hi Im hoping someone can help me here. U have a brand new bh 500 heli that has a severe vibration . Things I have checked are head and tail balance. It also bobs forward and back which usually indicates head problems. With just main gear and main shaft there's no vibs. I went and modified it by adding an antirotation bracket on the other side so I could drop my exi 450 metal head in it which I stripped off the other heli. This head runs at 3k with no vibs on other heli but on bh 500 it does vib just like orig head. I even used the 450 main shaft which is a bit shorter but works just to test. The only thing I can think of now is the main bearings and blocks? Thanks

well hopefully i just figured it out. looks like the top bearing has alot of slop in the center hub compared to the other bearing. I ordered replacements . Hopefully that's what it was. The center hub fits snug on the main shaft but width wise it moves a lot. ( im not sure if thats called runout or not?)
