Cracked my Canomod canopy & now have lost 2 small sections of the gloss black, about 1" total. Looking for suggestions for the best way to repair it so I don't see the white showing. Thanks, Andy

magic marker...
seriously, it depends on how big the sections are. probably fill the sections to get them level and smooth with the surrounding area, primer, black, and reclear the whole canopy if you want it to look as good as possible.

I assume you've knocked some of the paint/gelcoat off... I've had good luck filling the "divots" with medium CA and some baking soda then sanding smooth, priming and painting.

if it is solid black spots your looking to fix, I've used catalyzed paint like imron, deltron, car paint and filled chips will over full, can take a couple coats and have blocked it out to where you couldn't tell anything had happened. It only works on solid colors, no pearls, no metalics.
We use match book match ends that are torn out, so it is feathery and dip & blot. Color sand with 1500 if you even care to take it that far, rub with compound
