storeing Lipos

How should I store my lipos, If Im not going to fly for a month or two. The weather dosnt cooperate during the winter here. Then Im on the simulator for a while. THANKS! HD Heli

Well, from what I head read here and in magazines, it is best to store them at between 50% and 70% charge. I am also planning on keeping mine in an ammo box for safety. :D

I am unsure if they need to be kept between any particular temperature range. :roll:

Colder is better.
and as stated, at 50% charge.

I usually go out and hover my heli in the backyard for a few minutes, then I store them in a steelbox on the padio.
