Thanks to a quip with the Futaba parts on my Falcon I need to repair. I want to upgrade to a OS .46 FX (Yea I know do a .50 but I already have a good running .46) the info on the century web site is confusing concerning the gearing. I believe the kit contains a higher gear? which would run the engine at a lower RPM. This would be BAd FOR A .46 as it turns a signifigantly higher RPM than the .32 and would be better with lower gearing.

Has anyone done a this conversion? Can you give me some pointers.
Is there more than one head available and if so which is best?

I think I want to go slightly longer blades too.

I believe you may have your facts wrong on the RPM thing, .46 vers the .32. Anyway, to convert to the .46, you will want the 14 tooth pinion, trust me, as I've done it and that is what you want.

There is a better head available, a hybrid aluminum and plastic that is used on the Falcon SE V2 and all the Ravens. You will need the rotor head hub, and the see saw parts because it mounts differently to the head than the plastic head version.

If you change to the Falcon tail boom, you can run up to 620mm main blades.
