you might have to.
the revlock sensor is not sensitive to the outward facing magnet pole whereas the GV1 & TJ
sensors ARE.
So, you have a 50-50 shot that you installed it 'correctly' (for thhe TJ) when you installed the Revlock.

If you have 2 magnets installed with opposing polarity (suggested method), you won't have a problem with any governor. If you only have 1 magnet installed, you'll have to make sure it's installed with the right polarity for the governor your using.

When I was attaching the sensor my filet of ca leaked through and is covering the wires that run from the sensor. I don't think ca is conductive is it? Could this cause a problem?

CA is not conductive.
Should not be a problem
