yet another crook alert

i purchased 2 motors a month ago from Dozersdad aka james bloomquist of lockport NY off of RR and to date have not received them. he doesnt respond to emails or Pm's. i recently got ahold of his phone number but its a mchine fielded line so i cant actually talk to the guy. hmmm big surprise. i just happened to find an person from his club that helped me with his phone number. but cannot do anything else he says. hed like to remain nameless and i will honor his request since he has helped where he can.

he also has told me how to pursue this matter legally. so i followed his advice and gave bloomquist a deadline for refund or delivery of the goods. if the deadline is not met then i am instructed to contact the dept of consumer fraud in the Ny attorney generals office and they will assist me in filing the charges.


on another matter i also recently purchased a couple items from a guy on RR that goes by Rdoupe aka robert doupe of long beach calif. same story here. does not reply to any correspondance. and his alleged number is disconnected. so far i have no other info on this guy. if anyone has info id really appreciate it. thanks and beware.

well mr doupe just contacted me and has said he had forgotten to ship it before he left town. so well see what happens. hopefully he will make good and all will be good with this fellow.

Dozersdad aka james bloomquist came through and sent the items in question so everything is cool with him. turned out he had to execute a will out of town and was gone. thanks

Rdoupe on the other hand sent me a package and it only contained half of the items i paid for and he says that surprises him. which i find odd since the box displayed no signs of damage or tampering. he said hed look into it when he got home that evening but i have not heard from him since that was 4 days ago.
